My intention for this scenography project is to create a circuit that invites the spectator to discover Basquiat’s artistic and musical world. The temporary museum will provide more insight into the artist’s life and particularly the major role of the music that influenced his life. The space is organised into sequences through rhythm. The works take on meaning as the visitor moves through the space and through time. They encounter specific spaces, such as a screening space, exhibition spaces, a photography space and a digital space, where the spectator can design their own work in the style of Basquiat. This exhibition will also be an opportunity to learn more about jazz and be-bop, his favourite musical styles. The common thread for the project is a retrospective journey through his life
