As a lifelong resident of the neuf-trois, the gradual metamorphosis that has given a new future to the neighbourhood and its inhabitants is something I have been particularly curious about. These underprivileged districts are expected to evolve and become new places of culture and shared experiences, especially with the Grand Paris project. The social aspect is the most striking to me; these initiatives invite some people to move out of isolation, but also to be fully invested in a project from start to finish. It seems important to establish an increasing number of councils, open to all, in the project development process, to ask questions of key stakeholders and involve them in designing their own environments and living spaces. Such actions appear necessary.
