My free topic looks at industrial design. My topic is focused on the gaming world, more specifically the standard game of cards. Through this topic, I became interested in the history of card games and their representation in art, cinema, competitions, and so on. This is the atmosphere I tried to create through these representations, the tension you can see, the spatial organisation of the scenes. Whatever the type of representation, this very particular atmosphere can be identified. My project will involve creating a set of objects (armchairs, lamp, gaming table) which will create this atmosphere together. I’ve tried to recreate a home atmosphere using objects designed to bring a unique space into being, dedicated to gaming.
